Due to the personal nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and returns. Please note that:
– Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded, as they are intended for personal use.
– We only accept returns and refunds if the item delivered is faulty or damaged within seven (7) days of delivery.
– To qualify for a refund or return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.
– If the faulty item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for any other reasons beyond the scope of this policy. We strive to ensure that our products are of high quality and meet your expectations. Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to return Your Order within 3 days of purchase giving a genuine reason for doing so.
The deadline for returning an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will exchange your item no later than 5 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. You will not incur any fees for such an exchange.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging and has not been used or tampered with
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
